• Design, build, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions across a variety of industries • Develop and configure custom Salesforce solutions using LWC, OmniStudio, Apex, Flows, and other declarative tools • Translate solution designs into scalable, high-quality code • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to ensure technical alignment with business needs • Provide input on scalability, performance, and platform best practices during design sessions • Build and deploy features across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud • Write unit tests and participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability • Debug and resolve development and post-deployment issues • Provide technical support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live phases • Contribute to ongoing optimisation and support of existing Salesforce solutions • Document technical components and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline—or equivalent work experience
- Proven Salesforce development experience with a successful track record of project delivery, ideally in consulting or client-facing roles
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, Apex, and Flows
- Experience with custom development and integration of Salesforce with external systems
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for pipelines and deployments is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and key clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or additional Salesforce certifications highly regarded
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Self-driven and capable of independently owning technical outcomes
