Seasonal Tax Reviewer

Withum

• Reviewing and preparing individual, entity and trust and estate tax returns in accordance with Withum’s policies and ensure information is accurately represented • Adhering to the firm’s written tax practice standards and procedures • Ensuring client confidentiality by following all company procedures regarding information handling • Managing multiple engagements concurrently to efficiently meet client deadlines • Answering client questions and provide advice • Identifying and researching tax issues

Job Requirements

  • Tax review experience (3+ years); CPA’s or Enrolled Agents preferred.
  • Up to date on federal, state, and local personal income tax laws
  • Proficiency with GoSystem and SurePrep preferred
  • Experience with Box, CCH Workflow (XCM), Adobe and Tax Caddy a plus
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suites a plus
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, technologically advanced, interactive, results-based team environment
  • Practice effective time management; able to re-prioritize tasks and support teams based on frequently changing needs
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Availability to work February 2026 through mid-April 2026.
