Job Requirements

Provide innovative leadership to ensure that Minnesota State institutions and students have access to current AHA information and training opportunities, aligning with HealthForce Minnesota’s strategic initiatives. Provide innovative leadership to ensure that external faculty and instructors including but not limited to state agencies, healthcare providers, private training companies, other institutions of higher education, and public safety departments have access to current AHA information and training opportunities. Manage the contracts and relationship with AHA and other inter/intra agency partners. Ensure the center operates within budget by monitoring membership numbers, implementing a strategic pricing model, managing expenditures, directing revenue collection, and serving as the accounting liaison to uphold system, state, and federal financial policies. Provide responsive, high-quality customer service to address inquiries from leadership, Minnesota State institutions, instructors, faculty, students and external parties regarding training offerings, technology, curriculum, and procedures. Maintain and oversee the accuracy and functionality of the center’s website, database, online ordering system, and accounting (e.g., Marketplace and Workday) to ensure a seamless and positive experience for institutions, instructors, faculty, and students. Serve as subject matter expert of Atlas, MRTC database and rSchoolToday systems. Troubleshoot and escalate technology concerns as they arise. 2. CURRICULUM OVERSIGHT. Serve as a subject matter expert in AHA curriculum and certifications. Research best practices for AHA trainers. Actively participate in AHA administrative committees to provide insights and remain current on curriculum updates and procedural changes. Ensure Minnesota State institutions, instructors and faculty and all external users receive timely curriculum updates and access to essential training resources. Provide guidance and training on AHA curriculum standards, certification protocols and the utilization of official AHA resources such as training videos, skills checklists, exams, and certification cards. Uphold the center’s contractual obligations with AHA by ensuring compliance across all training activities. Exercise authority in resolving certification issues, addressing non-compliance, and implementing corrective actions as needed. 3. MEMBER COORDINATION. Oversee enrollment and maintain accurate records of AHA instructor personal and professional data. Provide training to administrative staff on proper input of appropriate AHA instructor credentials. Communicate regularly with Minnesota State institutions, faculty, external users and AHA instructors to ensure a responsive, high-quality service to all customers and stakeholders. Create standardized forms which are easy to use and complaint to improve center efficiency and accuracy. Deliver training updates and communications to keep instructors and Minnesota State EMS personnel informed of current practices, ensuring students receive effective and up-to-date medical training. Plan, lead, and present at an annual member conference; organize regional meetings; facilitate online user groups as needed; and distribute newsletters to support ongoing engagement and professional development. 4. COMPLIANCE AND ASSESSMENT. Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance plan for the center. Convene constituents to communicate new policies, procedures, standards, and expectations. Establish and maintain standardized policies, procedures, templates, and forms to support consistent quality assurance practices. Monitor courses delivered by instructors to ensure compliance with American Heart Association (AHA) and MRTC standards. Conduct assessments and evaluations of center instructors on a regular basis. Conduct training center audits on a regular basis. Assess the timeliness of operations per quality improvement measurements so that clients receive efficient customer service. Provide information on program activity data to the Executive Director. 5. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of HealthForce Minnesota and maintain the reputation of Winona State University. Including but not limited to attending national AHA training to remain up to date on AHA requirements, serving on committees and participating in professional development opportunities. Salary Range: $54,344.00 - $116,608.00; commensurate with qualifications and experience Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree plus four (4) years of professional experience in education and/or healthcare setting OR an equivalent combination of post-secondary training, education and/or advanced professional experience. - Active American Heart Association (AHA) Instructor certification - Demonstrated experience working in high-demand environments with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail. - Proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, including students, colleagues, community members, and external partners. - Strong skills in planning, budgeting, and implementing operational strategies. - Proficiency in using technology to conduct business operations, including Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. About the Role We're looking for a technically sharp, highly organized Ecommerce Manager who thrives in the operational details of a fast-moving DTC brand. Product data, promo setup, retailer submissions, platform management, and backend data integrity will all be a core focus. You'll report to the Director of E-Commerce to own the day-to-day operational execution that keeps our digital business running cleanly. You are the person who knows every corner of the Shopify backend, keeps our data accurate and well-structured, makes sure third-party accounts are set up right, and figures out new platforms without being told twice. What You'll Own Shopify Operations - Partner in all promotional setup and execution in Shopify - discount codes, promo mechanics, gift-with-purchase logic, bundle configurations, and campaign-specific setups - Manage backend taxonomy end-to-end: product tags, collections, metafields, categorization, and site architecture to ensure clean data and discoverability - Build and maintain product listings - descriptions, attributes, variants, pricing, and all supporting fields - with a high bar for accuracy and consistency - Coordinate image and asset preparation: file naming conventions, sizing, alt text, and upload to the right locations at the right time - Support promotional go-lives and page changes in close coordination with our dev partner (AWS); manage communications through Notion and catch issues before they reach customers - Audit and QA the backend regularly to catch data inconsistencies, broken links, or stale content and resolve proactively Data Management & Uploads - Own the integrity of all product data across platforms - if something is wrong or missing, you find it and fix it - Manage data uploads and feed maintenance for third-party channels, ensuring all fields are correctly populated, formatted, and syndicated - Maintain rigorous file management practices - naming conventions, version control, and asset organization so the team can always find what they need - Support reporting needs by pulling and organizing data from Shopify and connected platforms; keep key trackers accurate and current Third-Party Retailer & Wholesale Account Operations - Own all product setup and submission forms for third-party retail partners including Dermstore, Ulta, Nordstrom, E Cosmetics, Free People, and others as we expand - Manage content and imagery uploads to retailer PDP portals - ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and on-brand - Operate within Bazaarvoice, Power Reviews, and retailer-specific vendor portals on a daily basis; stay on top of review syndication and content accuracy - Coordinate asset handoffs from the creative team to retail partners - renaming, resizing, formatting to spec, and delivering on time - Support key account operations in collaboration with the accounts team: PO tracking, inventory setup, and retailer communication coordination - Support new 3P online channel launches from a setup and integration standpoint as we expand distribution Platform & Tools Management - Become the internal expert on all platforms within your scope - Shopify, Bazaarvoice, vendor portals, and any new tools that come in - Flag renewals, inefficiencies, access issues, or optimization opportunities proactively - Document processes as you build them so the team has repeatable, scalable workflows - Support onboarding of new platforms or integrations as needed; you're comfortable being the first person to figure something out
