Job Requirements

  • Strong experience as an ABAP Developer in SAP HR/HCM environments.
  • Experience with payroll, benefits, personnel administration or time management in SAP.
  • Proficient in classic ABAP (reports, enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, interfaces).
  • Experience in requirements analysis and technical solution design.
  • Proficiency in Spanish for meetings and written communication with teams and clients.
  • Availability to work as an independent contractor (PJ) and remotely.
  • Previous experience in international projects or projects across Latin America.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 or integrations with other SAP modules.
  • Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
  • SAP certifications related to HCM/ABAP.
