Role Description We are looking for an experienced HR BP to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll support a unit comprising 110 employees and 21 Leads. Your primary mission will be to empower the management and leadership team, helping them thrive and excel by driving employee engagement, fostering leadership development, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Your team includes team leaders with diverse experience levels - some are new to their roles, while others are seasoned professionals seeking a trusted HR partner to guide and collaborate with. Qualifications - 4-5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 1 year in an HR Business Partner position in large companies (more than 500 people) - Day-to-day working experience with Delivery Managers, PMs, and Team Leads as a Business Partner - Solid knowledge of people management & business processes - Strong business orientation with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends - Comprehensive understanding of all HR functions and industry best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, partner with, and advise leadership teams - Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset - Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently - Intermediate or higher level of English Requirements - Partnering closely with the leadership team (Delivery Directors, Delivery Managers, PMs, and Team Leads) to drive organizational success - Ensuring our managers and leads master best practices in people management. Provide HR guidance and consult with managers on people-related matters - Proactively identifying problems and risks in your business unit, collaborating with the management team to find effective solutions and mitigate risks - New leads & managers onboarding, ensuring they are equipped for success in their roles - Resolving complex employee relations issues (counteroffers, dismissals, conflicts) - Planning the PDP process and feedback sessions in your business unit - Analyzing and evaluating HR metrics - Manage benefits compensations in your business unit - Communication of new policies and changes within the company, ensuring their implementation in the teams - Collecting training needs (for teams and managers - on an ongoing basis), creating requests for the LnD team - Succession planning - The role's primary focus is working with managers rather than all employees. Meetings with employees are conducted at their request or the lead's request in critical situations. Work Schedule Full-time working days, flexible hours, and the full remote are available. Position Summary The HR Generalist supports the administration of all HR services. Responsible for leave of absence and benefits administration and delivering exceptional customer service to our employees, managers, and HR partners. The HR Generalist must be familiar with and applies the policies, plan documents and procedures of Children's in order to make leave and benefit determinations, answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues. The HR Generalist will be responsible for phone coverage of the Employee Service Center where they provide employees information on a wide variety of HR topics and triage calls to the appropriate center of excellence (COE) when needed. Other responsibilities include leave of absence and benefit administration, COBRA administration, life event status changes, benefits billing, and retro benefit processing; employee status changes and reporting relationship changes and entering data into the operation systems; exhibit good customer service and de-escalation skills and follow through within required time periods. Education: *Two-year AA degree or three years HR background w/o degree. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: *Three years of HR Generalist experience with emphasis on benefits, disability claims or leave administration experience.
