• Provide direct support to the HR Manager in daily operations, helping manage workload and ensure smooth execution of tasks. • Act as a first point of contact for employees, handling routine questions on benefits, policies, and HR processes, and escalating when needed. • Support core HR processes, including time-off administration, employee lifecycle activities, and HR documentation. • Assist with coordination of performance reviews, scheduling, tracking progress, and sending reminders. • Help organize and follow up on HR priorities, ensuring tasks and deadlines are effectively managed. • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication. • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, particularly for US-based employees. • Collaborate with international teams and support HR reporting and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar HR support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
  • English proficiency: C1 level or higher (required), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with US-based HR processes is beneficial.
  • Basic experience with HR reporting and data tracking.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international, cross-cultural teams, including US stakeholders.
  • Capable of explaining HR policies and processes in a simple, supportive manner, with a high level of responsiveness and organization.

Learn more at www.circana.com. What will you be doing? The HR Operations Partner – EMEA will play a key role in supporting the execution of HR operational processes across the region. Reporting to the Director, EMEA Core HR Operations & Global Process Management, this position partners closely with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and HR Coordinators to ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working across HR systems, data, and process improvement efforts. Job Responsibilities (inclusive but not limited to): Operational Support and Process Coordination (50%) • Execute day-to-day HR operational processes across the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy and alignment with policy and local compliance requirements. • Manage shared inboxes, responses, and upkeep to key communication pages in MS Teams, SharePoint, and other forums. • Partner with HRBPs and HR Coordinators to manage employee lifecycle activities, including hires, terminations, job changes, and transfers. • Support escalated HR cases that are equal to or exceed Tier 1 support, coordinating with Legal, Payroll, and Finance as needed, as well as other key partners. • Manage documentation and employee records, ensuring proper audit trail and adherence to data governance standards in conjunction with HR Coordinator. • Prepare and distribute key communications and templates related to HR processes, severance, and policy updates. • Coordinate with third-party vendors such as outplacement or compliance partners on logistics and reporting. • Assist in preparing materials for audits, HR reviews, and compliance checks. • Serve as key point of contact for key vendors, inclusive of our background check, outplacement, and other services. • Serve as a liaison with HR coordinators and Tier 1 support for transaction accuracy and timely completion. • Other tasks as assigned in this space. Reporting, Analytics, and Continuous Improvement (30%) • Support HR reporting for workforce impacts, severance, and bonus tracking, ensuring consistency with Finance and HR systems data. • Maintain and coordinate regional HR dashboards and trackers (e.g., headcount, turnover, compliance items). • Analyze data to identify trends or risks and provide insights to the HR Operations Director or HRBPs. • Partner with HR Technology to validate data integrity and support issue resolution. • Participate in process reviews to identify pain points and opportunities for simplification or automation. Workforce Impacts and Change Management (20%) • Other tasks as assigned in this space. Workforce Impact Support and Project Coordination • Coordinate workforce impact activities (e.g., reorganizations, reductions, M&A transitions), ensuring required documentation and data updates are complete. • Support HR project plans by tracking deliverables, maintaining templates, and scheduling stakeholder meetings. • Contribute to playbooks, guides, and process documentation for consistent HR execution. • Provide operational support for policy updates and process changes. • Act as a communications liaison for HR Operations, helping draft and distribute key HR messages. • Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge - 2-3 years of HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Coordination experience, ideally in a global or matrixed organization. - Proficiency with HR systems (UKG, Workday, or similar) and Excel/Power BI reporting tools. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and organization. - Experience supporting HR transactions, audits, or compliance processes. - Strong communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Finance, and Payroll. - Analytical mindset with curiosity to understand data trends and drive improvement. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information. - Eagerness to learn and grow within a global HR Operations organization. - Excellent communication skills in English; Greek language skills are desirable. The Canadian Field Business Lead serves as Alnylam's primary customer-facing commercial representative in Canada, responsible for driving sales of OXLUMO and GIVLAARI.
