• Ensure the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA migration projects on time, within budget, and in adherence to high-quality standards. • Develop comprehensive project plans, track key milestones, and make necessary adjustments for successful project delivery. • Regularly monitor project plans, reconcile with baseline plans, and provide clear, concise, and regular reporting through weekly and monthly status reports and project steering committee meetings. • Track changes to baseline plans and handle requests for change, securing necessary approvals. • Effectively mobilize and manage project resources (manpower, equipment, and materials). Allocate and assign project work assignments, monitor tasks, conduct reviews, and maintain cohesion in the team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years in SAP, with at least 5 years in the role of SAP Project Manager.
- Proven track record of 2+ years executing projects with a focus on SAP S/4HANA migration from on-premises to cloud.
- Hands-on experience using SAP Activate methodology is desirable
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules for implementation like HCM, PP, PS, FI, CO, SD, IM etc.
- Demonstrated experience in a strong client-facing role with a focus on understanding and meeting customer expectations.
- English B2+ is mandatory
- SAP certification is desirable but not necessary.
