Premix
• Act as a technical consultant in beef cattle nutrition across various production systems, with emphasis on intensive pasture and feedlot projects; • Conduct and participate in negotiations by providing technical-commercial support to internal and external teams; • Prepare technical-commercial proposals for current and prospective clients; • Experience formulating a variety of supplements and total mixed rations (TMRs); • Generate and monitor performance indicators for processes related to the assigned portfolio; • Update the technical and economic indicators for the area of operation; • Deliver training sessions and/or technical presentations to internal and external teams; • Develop methods, processes, and tools within the area of responsibility to improve customer service; • Plan and perform technical consulting for clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science (Zootecnia), Veterinary Medicine, or Agronomy;
- Previous experience in the role or in animal nutrition is a plus;
- Experience in livestock production and related areas;
- Experience negotiating directly with clients;
- Knowledge of formulation software is essential;
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Good crisis management and problem-solving abilities;
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.

Summary Provides strategic counsel and consultative advisory support to senior clinical leadership, including the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and enterprise clinical leaders, on complex clinical, financial, and operational matters. This role leads and participates in highly complex clinical financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis across multiple business units. Major Responsibilities Include • Serve as a strategic and consultative advisor to the CMO and senior clinical leaders, providing enterprise-level financial and analytical insights to inform clinical strategy, care delivery models, and investment decisions. • Lead the development of complex financial and clinical models across multiple health services businesses. • Develop and manage enterprise-level clinical financial forecasts, scenario analyses, and long-range planning models. • Analyze drivers of financial and clinical performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations. • Develop executive-ready analyses, scorecards, and presentations. • Continuously improve modeling methodologies and analytical frameworks. • Support evaluation of clinical investments, care models, and vendor partnerships. • Navigate and influence within a highly matrixed organization. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Economics, or a related field • Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, MD, or equivalent experience). • 6+ years of progressive experience in healthcare financial analysis, strategy, or advisory roles. • Demonstrated experience supporting senior clinical or medical leadership preferred • Strong experience with complex financial and clinical modeling across multiple businesses. • Healthcare or health services enterprise experience required. • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 109,200 - 182,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
