• Apoiar na implementação de metodologias modernas e estratégias inovadoras na régua de cobrança, desafiando o status quo dos processos atuais; • Desenvolver automações e soluções tecnológicas que otimizem a operação e aumentem a eficiência da recuperação de crédito; • Propor e implementar novas abordagens de cobrança, trazendo benchmarks de mercado e tendências do setor. • Elaborar e monitorar KPIs da área, transformando dados em decisões estratégicas para controle da inadimplência; • Realizar estudos aprofundados da carteira para identificar oportunidades e gerar insights que melhorem a taxa de recuperação; • Criar campanhas de cobrança segmentadas por perfil de cliente e canal de comunicação, com foco em efetividade. • Avaliar a performance de parceiros terceirizados e propor planos de melhoria contínua; • Construir e revisar políticas de recuperação de crédito alinhadas às melhores práticas; • Atuar de forma colaborativa com as áreas jurídica, comercial e financeira na implementação de estratégias integradas.

- Formação:
- Graduação concluída em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Direito ou áreas correlatas.
- Competências técnicas obrigatórias:
- Excel avançado (imprescindível);
- Capacidade analítica forte, com experiência em construção e acompanhamento de indicadores.
- Diferenciais que fazem brilhar os olhos:
- Conhecimento em Power BI, SQL ou Python;
- Experiência com automação de processos ou ferramentas de cobrança digital;

Responsibilities The Billing & Collections Specialist reports to the Billing & Collections Manager. The Billing & Collections Specialist is responsible for the Billing and Collection functions including invoicing customers, collections, researching, analyzing, and resolving issues, reporting customer balances to managements and operations. This position will participate and assist in project or process initiatives to continually improve upon to reduce DSO and increase cash collections while maintaining strong customer relationships. - Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, aligning with industry best practices. - Reduce and maintain unbillable balance month over month to align with target goals. - Minimize and maintain collection balances by ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. - Analyze and identify trends and track customer behaviors. - Assist in opportunities and process improvements for best practices to include standardization and documentation of processes. - Assist in month-end close as it pertains to Billing, and Collections. - Work collaboratively with a variety of individuals within the department, company, and customers. - Establish a culture of accountability to achieve operational excellence. - Provide daily/weekly operational analysis to manager and team. - Assist in all internal and external audit request as it pertains to the Hospital Contract Team (Billing and Collections). - Assist with all other duties and special projects as needed and exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as they are identified to assist with projects as needed.
