• Support program analysis and the development of documentation for healthcare initiatives. • Assist in strategic planning and coordination efforts across multiple project stakeholders. • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of integrated master schedules. • Support event planning and execution related to program milestones and stakeholder engagement. • Assist with Congressional Affairs-related support, including the preparation of reports and briefings. • Analyze and report on program metrics to assess performance and outcomes. • Provide administrative and technical support for Financial Management Systems. • Assist in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies for program success.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in program or project analysis
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in team settings
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support audits, evaluations, and risk assessments
