Job Description

Computational Support Analyst – Senior

Lanlink Informática Ltda.

• Design and optimize the infrastructure for collecting data, logs, metrics, and events. • Use observability tools to monitor metrics, logs, and events. • Configure automated alerts to detect anomalies in IT assets. • Investigate collected data to identify root causes of incidents. • Anticipate issues through predictive analysis and trend monitoring. • Recommend and implement improvements to infrastructure or applications. • Document actions taken and improvements implemented. • Support initiatives aimed at increasing the availability and performance of IT services. • Collaborate with other IT infrastructure teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the specified specialty within critical corporate environments with high availability.
  • ITIL 4 training with a minimum duration of 12 (twelve) hours.
  • Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher.
  • Official Zabbix 7 Certified Expert (ZCE) certification.
  • Elastic Certified Observability Engineer certification or higher.
