As a Sr. Product Manager at Security Scorecard, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the security and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at both speed and scale. You understand that as a Sr. Product Manager it is your job to align roadmap planning with key metrics and KPIs, and you critically focus on creating customer value, based on data as well as a strong understanding of the user journey. You will be a leader in our mission to help the world instantly and non-intrusively measure, collaborate and reduce the cyber-risk of any company in the world. Core Responsibilities - Understand complex customer needs and prioritize the customer & business value, while adapting to evolving market conditions - Work closely and efficiently with product management leadership, engineering teams, designers, and customer success to ensure transparency, teamwork, and massive value add - Prioritize, plan, and execute innovative product ideas, features, and enhancements - Become subject matter expert, with a deep understanding of the market direction, user needs, competitive landscape and solutions ecosystems, and know how to align these to the company vision - Define and analyze metrics that inform the success and quality of products and features Qualifications - 5+ years of experience with software product management in an enterprise and/or startup environment - 2+ yeas of experience in the cybersecurity domain - Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience required; MBA and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition - Exposure and awareness of Cybersecurity and compliance standards (NIST, PCI, SIG, etc.) - Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Prior experience in cybersecurity, data science, compliance, or statistics is preferred Benefits: Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more! The estimated total compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 (USD)(base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits. • Responsible for discovery and mapping of the ecosystem across the whole French region, defining the overall approach to this challenge and managing the Agile team’s ongoing work backlog. • Define, document, prioritize and manage the backlog, typically as user stories with acceptance criteria. The backlog items together specify the agreed features to be built, provide clarity for engineering and design teams and offer a controlled way for business stakeholders to influence build decisions. • Continuously manage this process to drive incremental delivery of value as development progresses and requirements evolve, working closely with the Scrum Master (where relevant) and other engineering and design team members. • Collaborate closely with client Product Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery, and be responsible for ensuring individual work items are fit for purpose when delivered. • Contractor role for 6 months.
