• Responsible for discovery and mapping of the ecosystem across the whole French region, defining the overall approach to this challenge and managing the Agile team’s ongoing work backlog. • Define, document, prioritize and manage the backlog, typically as user stories with acceptance criteria. The backlog items together specify the agreed features to be built, provide clarity for engineering and design teams and offer a controlled way for business stakeholders to influence build decisions. • Continuously manage this process to drive incremental delivery of value as development progresses and requirements evolve, working closely with the Scrum Master (where relevant) and other engineering and design team members. • Collaborate closely with client Product Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery, and be responsible for ensuring individual work items are fit for purpose when delivered. • Contractor role for 6 months.

• Own the definition, prioritization, and execution for features within payments and marketing product areas. • Write clear, detailed, and prioritized product requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with the product vision and customer needs. • Conduct focused market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product iterations and identify opportunities for improvement. • Serve as the primary product contact for Engineering and Design teams, participating in daily scrums, clarifying requirements, and ensuring the product is built to specification. • Work closely with the Design/UX team to ensure features deliver an intuitive and superior user experience. • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Business teams on feature readiness, internal training, and developing launch materials. • Track and analyze key feature metrics (KPIs), using data to drive continuous optimization and identify areas for iteration post-launch. • Partner with legal and engineering to ensure payment flows and marketing communications meet regulatory requirements (FTC, PCI-DSS, CAN-SPAM). • Manage communication with cross-functional stakeholders regarding feature status, trade-offs, and expected delivery timelines. • Perform other duties, as assigned.
