• Take full ownership of our PET Finder product, from feature development to market positioning • Identify new target audiences and market opportunities to expand our customer base • Monitor project progress, comparing outcomes with predetermined KPI’s and conduct competitive and market analysis to refine our strategic direction • Support the sales team with in-depth product knowledge and create compelling sales materials • Manage communication with stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring the team has the information and buy-in needed to get the project across the finish line • Develop and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team • Build and manage strategic partnerships to drive B2B growth • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them

• Define and drive the 12-18 month roadmap for Core Access and Security, setting clear priorities, making hard tradeoffs, and keeping the team aligned on what matters most • Lead, coach, and grow a team of 3 PMs, building product craft, creating clarity, and developing the next generation of ButterflyMX product leaders • Partner tightly with the hardware team to align software and hardware roadmaps; great access experiences live at that intersection • Embed AI into how we build, from intelligent access events to smarter permissioning to predictive security insights • Set the bar for discovery: deep customer empathy, sharp problem framing, and ruthless prioritization across residents, operators, and the installers in the field • Translate business goals into clear product bets with measurable outcomes

• Own the acquisition and activation funnel end-to-end (first touch → onboarding → first treatment) • Partner with Growth and Marketing to shape landing pages, messaging, and campaign flows that convert • Identify and remove friction wherever it exists—UX, pricing, trust, speed, or otherwise • Ship quickly, test aggressively, and iterate based on real data (not opinions) • Go deep on the Weight Loss category—what patients want, what holds them back, and what gets them to act • Capitalize on major shifts in the Weight Loss space (e.g. launch of generics) to unlock growth • Drive a holistic view of the Weight Loss business • Think beyond your immediate scope • Work closely with CX, clinical, and pharmacy teams to ensure the front-door promise matches the care experience • Define and own the metrics that matter (conversion, activation, time-to-treatment) and be accountable for moving them • Actively use AI to move faster and build better
