• Manage and review tax compliance for captive insurance companies and related entities • Provide technical guidance on IRC §831(b) and insurance-specific tax considerations • Advise clients on captive structuring, including risk distribution and risk shifting principles • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships • Support and lead IRS examinations, audits, and controversy matters related to captives • Lead multiple engagements, including planning, execution, and delivery • Review work of staff and seniors; provide mentorship and technical development • Identify tax planning opportunities and contribute to advisory-focused engagements • Collaborate with firm leadership to support practice growth and service line expansion

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience with closely held businesses and complex tax structures
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple engagements
  • Captive Insurance Experience is required

Role Description The Payroll Processing and Tax Support Analyst is responsible for analyzing multi-jurisdiction payroll tax data and reconciles calculations, and ensures that payroll information is reported to Federal, State and Local agencies as may be required.
