• Report to the National Business Insurance Leader and spearhead MMA’s national proprietary product and program strategy • Collaborate closely with the National Business Insurance Partnerships leader, industry practices, and regional leaders • Develop and manage proprietary products and programs • Engage various MMC divisions to support “better together” initiatives • Drive strategic efforts that foster competitive differentiation and growth • Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation through ongoing management • Design scalable, industry-focused insurance programs that meet client needs while ensuring operational efficiency • Prioritize collaboration with Victor, MMA London, and Marsh Risk in the development and creation of proprietary solutions • Cultivate strong carrier partnerships to secure exclusive market access • Leverage data and market intelligence to identify opportunities, guide go-to-market strategies and establish KPIs for financial and operational success • Establish governance through advisory councils and stakeholder forums • Represent MMA at industry events and promote knowledge sharing • Manage operational and compliance aspects and champion innovation
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the business insurance industry, including experience within a broker/agency environment
- BA/BS focused on Business or equivalent
- Proficient in the use of MS Office software
- Ability to travel 25-35%
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

What We Do Search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of property title, primarily for residential properties. Copy or summarize recorded documents, which affect the condition of title to the property. These roles may be found in production center or branch office environments.
