This role plays a key part in driving the evolution of that work. You will design the change management strategies, measurement frameworks, drive strong project execution and process improvement, and contribute to the design and delivery of impactful learning experiences across key talent programs. This role is for a builder and systems thinker, someone who can identify opportunities to improve processes, drive change management, bring structure, and keep initiatives on track from concept to execution. What you will do... Project Operations - Translate priorities into project plans with clear milestones, resources, and risk mitigation. Build and maintain templates, tools, and SOPs that drive clarity, consistency, and scalability across programs. - Drive and manage program logistics including communications, registration, evaluations, and feedback collection. - Support execution of key initiatives (e.g. new employee orientation) ensuring high-quality delivery, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence Learning Design & Delivery - Lead needs analysis to identify opportunities and design plans to reach the desired future state - Lead virtual and in-person sessions as needed, adapting delivery to meet the needs of diverse audiences based on audience engagement and logistics - Engage subject matter experts, People Business Partners, Communications, and business stakeholders to inform the design and development of learner-centered programs. - Apply instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, or similar to create and promote effective and engaging learning experiences. - Support LMS administration including maintaining learning content,enrollment, configuration, rules, and reporting. Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management - Lead and design change management strategies for new and high-visibility programs, driving stakeholder alignment, mitigating resistance, and enabling long-term adoption. - Proactively engage stakeholders to understand needs, dependencies, and constraints, and integrate those insights into program design, development, and delivery. - Manage stakeholder expectations and gather input to ensure readiness and consistent execution. - Deliver clear, timely communication and project updates to build awareness, readiness, and adoption, and partner cross-functionally to drive a cohesive, high-impact rollout experience. Measurement and Continuous Improvement - Drive continuous improvement of programs through feedback, data insights, and business needs to remove friction and improve the user experience - Define, track, and monitor program success metrics , including behavior changes and ROI, to measure impact and inform future solution development Who you are... - 6+ years in a Learning and Development or Organizational Development role - Relevant experience or education in change management, organizational development, or learning and development, with demonstrated success developing and executing change management strategies for programs, including stakeholder mapping and resistance management - Experience moving beyond traditional classroom training to implement modern delivery mechanisms such as microlearning or in the flow of work adoption. - Ability to translate talent data into clear, actionable insights for leadership - Experience supporting talent management processes (e.g., performance reviews, feedback cycles, talent reviews) is a plus - Comfort working across multiple programs and priorities with strong organization and attention to detail. - Familiarity with ADDIE, SAM, design thinking, or similar methodologies - LMS administration experience.
