Docketly is a subsidiary of ABC Legal Services, providing appearance counsel, covering simple creditors rights hearings. We find attorneys to stand-in on short, procedural hearings. We are looking for a team player that can roll up their sleeves and learn from the bottom up and be able to pick up multiple job duties quickly, and efficiently. Job Overview: The Legal Performance Specialist will ensure that all hearing reports submitted by attorneys are reviewed for accuracy and completeness, with any discrepancies identified and resolved prior to publication. Will handle all attorney performance issues that arise such as Failure to Appears (FTA's), complaints, or sanctions to ensure that our attorney pool is best in class. This position is remote but located in the South Carolina. Key Responsibilities: - Handles difficult or complicated attorney tickets, issues or complaints with appropriate documentation and resolution. Follows up with client should the issue affect them - Investigates inquiries regarding hearing report results, attorney performance and attorney history - Manages various performance widgets to ensure timely resolution of compliance tasks - Process and manage FTA's and Filtered attorneys; use trends and information gained to identify training needs and remediation - Monitor Learning Management System for attorneys - Assists with attorney services (calls, chats, tickets, emails, etc. from attorneys) - Follows good customer service standards in all aspects of the job - Identifies and suggests ideas for improving system and processes - Attends weekly team meetings. Prepares and participates as appropriate - Attorney training regarding our platform - Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Solid computer skills Preferred - AI Experience - Legal Experience We know that a company's success starts with its employees. Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree from an accredited law school. - Admission to the bar in California and in good standing; special licenses to practice before particular boards or federal courts may be required. - Minimum of 5 years of successful trial attorney experience, preferably within insurance law and related litigation. - Proven experience managing moderately complex litigation with demonstrated success in achieving favorable outcomes. - General knowledge of insurance law, and as necessary, workers’ compensation and/or No Fault law. - Exceptional legal research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Proficient in advanced e-discovery tools, legal case management software, and remote collaboration technologies. - Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior attorneys and legal staff. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills. - Commitment to ethical legal practice and compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
