• Design and oversee the end-to-end risk lifecycle for ReadyBucks. • Implement and manage advanced KYC/KYB workflows and real-time fraud detection tools. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track delinquency, default rates, and recovery performance. • Regularly audit existing risk models and automated decisioning logic to optimize for both conversion and loss-reduction.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in risk management, specifically within fintech lending, Merchant Cash Advances, or alternative small business financing.
  • Advanced expertise in data analysis tools (SQL is required; Python or R is preferred) and experience with automated underwriting software.
  • Proven track record of building risk frameworks from the ground up and scaling them within a high-growth startup or corporate innovation environment.
  • A deep understanding of the unique financial challenges and risk profiles associated with the gig economy and independent contractor workforce.
  • Ability to translate complex quantitative data into clear, actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
