Service Coordinator - Field Service Team

Veralto Global

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating field service activities and maintenance visits to support a first-time fix, adopting a proactive, customer-focused approach to support the field service team and ensure timely completion of service activities and internal and customer requests. This position is part of the EMEA Field Service Team located in the UK and will be fully remote. At Trojan Technologies we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. In this role, a typical day will look like: - Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers across the UK & Ireland, coordinating all service visit requirements. - Planning, scheduling, and coordinating field service and maintenance activities using Trojan Technologies systems, ensuring customer and business requirements are met. - Supporting the field service team by managing service requests, work order progression, and related administrative activities. - Supporting on-time delivery (OTD) of service activities through effective internal coordination and communication to ensure services are delivered as scheduled. The essential requirements of the job include: - 2-4 years’ Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or service coordination. - Strong organizational and time‑management skills. - Excellent communication with customers and internal teams. - Proficiency with service management or ERP systems.
