Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline is required
  • A minimum of 8 years of related IT experience is required
  • Deep knowledge of SAP ABAP, experience within a manufacturing environment, and SAP Inventory/Warehouse Management (IM/WM) is required
  • Plant material flow and control knowledge, API development, and SAP ITS Mobile experience is desired
  • Experience with SAP PM/product serialization and SAP IM/WM configuration is preferred
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies to align with business priorities, break down work into Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and iterate quickly on product changes
  • Thorough understanding of structured analysis, design, programming techniques, and change management
  • Expert skills in analyzing business problems, objectives/requirements and translating them into an application solution
  • Works effectively on project teams as a leader or as a participant. Proven track record of successful, large-scale website implementation projects from a leadership and development perspective.

Project Descriptions Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is an eight-year (2019–2027) global health initiative project funded by President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the United States Government (USG). EpiC has a global presence and extensive breadth and depth of technical experience. In FY26, EpiC’s scope in Colombia has expanded to include Maternal, Newborn & Child Health (MNCH). STRengthening Infectious disease DEtection Systems (STRIDES) is the United States Government’s flagship project for global health security. It aims to strengthen countries’ capacity across laboratory and surveillance systems to prevent, detect, and rapidly and effectively respond to emerging infectious diseases and other public health threats. STRIDES is a global mechanism, a contract with a five-year (2024–2029) period of performance, led by FHI 360 as the prime, with core partners such as Black & Veatch focusing on biosecurity and biosafety and PATH on surveillance activities. Job Summary: FHI 360 is recruiting two Finance and Operations Managers located in Bogotá, Colombia, to support the EpiC and STRIDES projects. They will manage, prepare, administer and direct the control of the budget. Manage the activities of the financial analyst staff. Review and approve recommendations for financial planning and control, providing relevant fiscal information to executive or senior management team. Assist with development and management of internal financial audits. May develop formal reporting system to communicate results of audit activities to management and regulatory compliance agencies. Provide leadership and technical guidance for compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP). Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) may also be required. Experience in comprehensive management of business support and compliance functions in organizations funded via government, contracts and grants, foundation, and commercial sources. Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
