Qualifications - 7–10 years of progressive experience across fintech, impact investing, digital platforms, consulting, or sustainable finance. - Demonstrated experience in platform or product management, including delivery against defined KPIs. - Working knowledge of ESG/impact measurement frameworks and financial markets. - Exposure to emerging markets and cross-geography stakeholder management. - Experience supporting or leading business development and client engagement efforts. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent). - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
