SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect

Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect (Lead) to drive a Proof of Concept (POC) engagement focused on end-to-end supply chain transformation. This role will be responsible for architecting and validating integrated business processes across planning, procurement, production, and project execution within an SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across SAP MM, PP, and PS modules, with strong cross-functional understanding of supply chain planning and execution.   Key Responsibilities POC Leadership & Architecture - Lead and drive the end-to-end POC from solution design through validation - Define and document the solution architecture and transformation roadmap - Align business objectives with SAP capabilities and industry best practices Process Mapping & Optimization - Map end-to-end supply chain processes: - Forecasting → Demand Planning → MRP → Production → Project Execution - Identify process inefficiencies and gaps across systems and workflows - Recommend optimized, scalable process frameworks Planning & Integration Analysis - Evaluate planning capabilities across modules and systems - Identify and address planning gaps between SAP and external systems - Ensure seamless integration across supply chain functions Manufacturing & BOM Evaluation - Assess Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and dependencies - Analyze contract manufacturing models and recommend improvements - Ensure alignment with production and project execution processes Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to validate requirements - Present findings, recommendations, and architecture to leadership teams - Act as the primary solution authority throughout the POC   Required Skills & Experience - 10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on Supply Chain solutions - Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Lead in SAP S/4HANA or ECC - Deep functional expertise in: - SAP Materials Management (MM) - SAP Production Planning (PP) - SAP Project System (PS) - Strong understanding of: - End-to-end supply chain planning & execution - MRP, demand planning, and manufacturing processes - Experience in POC, solution design, and transformation roadmap creation - Exposure to contract manufacturing and complex BOM structures - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills   Nice to Have - Experience with SAP IBP / APO / S&OP processes - Industry experience in Manufacturing or Oil & Gas - Prior experience in multi-system integration environments   What Success Looks Like - Clear end-to-end process blueprint established - Identified gaps with actionable recommendations - Well-defined solution architecture and roadmap - Strong stakeholder alignment and POC validation

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to audit, evolve, and guide our technology stack - ensuring it scales with the business while enabling modern UX, unified data, and product led innovation, with strong ROI discipline. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, experience design, engineering execution, and platform architecture. The Senior Solutions Architect ensures that technology decisions accelerate product outcomes, enhanced UX and design, and move the organization toward a cohesive, unified Revance experience across channels and brands. The role reports into Product & Data to stay tightly aligned to product vision and roadmap, with dotted line‑ collaboration to Enterprise Systems leadership to ensure enterprise consistency, data integrity, and platform governance.
