Job Description

Project Manager – Software Implementation

Syncron

• Managing project scope, timeline, risks, and commercials (contract, budget, percentage of completion, change requests, etc.) of typically 6-12 month projects with a budget of up to 1m USD • Partnering with the customer project manager in actively driving implementation projects to success, starting with an on-point definition and management of project goals and success criteria • Coordinating project teams with customer and Syncron team members from different locations around the globe, and coaching them to follow out Syncron’s standardized methodology • Identifying and actively mitigating project risks together with the project Solution Architect and Technical Lead • Driving the project team to progress – leveraging end-to-end customer business process thinking rather than system capabilities and always keeping the project objectives and contractual conditions in mind

Job Requirements

  • Completed university with a qualified degree, for example in Industrial Management, Economics, Engineering
  • Worked a minimum of 2-3 years implementing SaaS solutions, of which no less than 2 years you managed projects of a similar size
  • Take accountability for customer needs and aim to deliver best results for your clients, which can also mean for the customer to adopt best practices and implement change
  • Structured work approach and drive project progress through your project plan
  • Enjoy communicating in a group and lead through meetings to achieve set objectives
  • Fluently communicate in business English orally and in writing
  • Happy to travel & spend time directly with your clients (20-25% travel can be expected)
