• Proactively hunt for new business by targeting net-new logos across industries including Retail, Consumer Products, High-Tech, Life Sciences, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, and Energy. • Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies (cold outreach, networking, events, partnerships) to generate pipeline. • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new opportunities, progressing deals from initial outreach through close. • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, and negotiation. • Leverage your network and industry expertise to gain access to key decision-makers and accelerate deal cycles. • Partner with Solutions Engineering and Professional Services to scope engagements and develop proposals and SOWs. • Establish credibility with senior stakeholders by clearly articulating the value of Supply Chain Design. • Lead commercial negotiations across SaaS subscriptions and services agreements. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Services to drive deals to closure. • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM hygiene. • Represent Optilogic in the market through events, thought leadership, and industry engagement. • Travel 25–50% across the region for client meetings and key events.
Job Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
- Proven track record of hunting, building pipeline, and closing net-new logos.
- Experience selling supply chain, analytics, or optimization software is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect effectively and open new accounts through outbound efforts.
- Experience collaborating with services teams to scope and sell implementation engagements and SOWs.
- Familiarity with tools such as Supply Chain Guru (LLamasoft/Coupa), LogicNet+, CAST, CAPS, AnyLogic, Starboard, FICO Xpress, or similar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, high-autonomy environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Become a part of our caring community The Grievances & Appeals Representative 2 triages Medicaid and AIP (dual) expedited cases and reviews clinical documentation to determine if a grievance or appeal is warranted. This is an extremely high-volume, fast-paced role, with the responsibility of moving several cases per hour. We ask that you have proactive queue management, attention to changing processes, experience handling support requests across multiple workstreams, and effective communication with managers and team leads. As a Grievances & Appeals Representative 2, you will: - Review and evaluate several cases per hour by identifying valid expedited Medicaid and AIP (dual) cases. Caseload volume varies as it is a consistently significant high-volume role. - Recognize urgent vs. routine cases and meet strict turnaround expectations (15–30 minutes). - Conduct analytic reviews of clinical documentation to determine case validity, including investigative work to find the denial. - Make outbound calls to members or providers to verbally acknowledge receipt of valid cases. - Work closely with leadership, who will assign cases to appropriate team contacts once your investigations are complete and validity is determined. - Stay current with frequently changing mentor documents and workflows. - Monitor multiple workstreams and adapt quickly to process changes. - Communicate gaps or issues and seek guidance as needed.
