• Develop and execute category and brand strategies aligned with overall DEWALT and regional objectives. • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions. • Lead the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) process, from ideation through successful market launch. • Collaborate with global and regional teams to localize and activate category initiatives and ensure new products meet customer and commercial needs. • Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability for NPD milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. • Oversee product lifecycle management, including forecasting, supply alignment, and end-of-life planning to maximize category performance. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to drive adoption and execution of go-to-market plans across all channels. • Own the category P&L, monitor and optimize performance, and report insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Foster a culture of learning, agility, and high performance within the category team, mentoring and developing talent. • Ensure best-in-class service levels for customers by supporting cross-functional teams and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in product management, category management, or brand leadership within consumer durables, tools, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of driving category growth, launching successful products, and managing P&L accountability.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and customer insights.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of go-to-market strategies across multiple channels (Retail, eCommerce, Independent, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management, including forecasting, supply alignment, and end-of-life planning.
  • Ability to mentor, develop, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of learning and agility.
  • Deep understanding of end-user needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the relevant industry.

Director Value Analysis What you will be doing: The Value Analysis Director will be tasked with assessing function, cost, and utilization across the Clinical Spend landscape utilizing cost, quality, and patient outcome data to identify opportunities and facilitate Best Practice recommendations.
