GTM Systems Admin, Growth

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to design and improve top-of-funnel systems, including lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing. • Build and maintain enrichment workflows using Clay and multiple data providers (ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo, Clearbit, etc.) to power outbound and inbound pipeline. • Design and automate prospecting and data pipelines, incorporating signals such as intent, hiring, firmographics, and behavioral data. • Own how data flows across Salesforce, marketing automation, and enrichment tools, ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability. • Own Salesforce configuration related to the funnel, including lead routing, scoring, lifecycle stages, and automation (Flows, validation rules, custom objects). • Improve lead-to-opportunity conversion through better system design, segmentation, and data quality. • Establish and enforce processes to ensure data compliance (e.g., consent, opt-outs, regional regulations) across enrichment, storage, and activation within the GTM stack. • Ensure high data quality through deduplication, normalization, enrichment governance, and monitoring. • Document system architecture, workflows, and processes to ensure scalability as the company grows.
Job Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, Growth Ops, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with Clay and at least one major enrichment/data provider (ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo, Clearbit, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including data modeling, flows, lead routing, account hierarchy management and reporting.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar).
- Familiarity with tools like Qualified and LeanData or similar routing platforms.
- Strong systems thinking — able to design and debug end-to-end data flows across tools.
- Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management, including enrichment, scoring, routing, attribution and SDR to AE handoff processes.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Highly organized and documentation-oriented, with a focus on building scalable, maintainable systems.
