• Label check: You review our packaging designs and labels (ingredients, claims, mandatory information) — quickly and accurately. • Compliance check: You validate certificates from our manufacturers and fillers (GMP, ISO, organic certifications, etc.) for authenticity and validity. • Certification support: You actively support us in ongoing and new certification processes. • Regulatory compass: Whether food law (specifically chewing gum), the NemV (German Food Supplements Ordinance), the Cosmetic Regulation or the MDR (Class I) — you tell us what is permissible and what is not.

Job Requirements

  • Solid knowledge: You know the relevant EU regulations inside out.
  • Industry mix: You are very comfortable in at least two of the areas (food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices) and are confident you can quickly get up to speed in the others.
  • Reality check: You may use AI as a tool, but you critically evaluate every result. You know the devil is in the details of legal texts.
  • Hands-on mentality: You work without bureaucracy, are solution-focused, and are available on short notice when things are urgent.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive CUI policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and fostering a culture of information security throughout the organization.
