Business Development Manager, Real-World Data

• Proactively research the Life Science industry to identify prospective partners and key stakeholders who require RWD/RWE solutions for clinical research and commercial strategy. • Prospecting potential partners through execution of an inside sales strategy, incorporating cold outreach, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn engagement • Define and implement stakeholder mapping and account plans that strategically build a network of key to drive account growth and pipeline development. • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders, as well as negotiation and contracting for expansion opportunities with current partners. • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to design and refine high-impact sales collateral, including pitch decks and case studies. • Codify account management processes and structures to drive longitudinal relationship management, retention, and growth. • Align internally with sales, product, marketing, regulatory and legal teams to evolve our products and services and ensuring contract financial compliance. • Use Glooko and industry tools to develop BD targets that align with Glooko solutions and maintain them within Salesforce including keeping up-to-date status and record of account activity. • Assist with sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, reporting functionality, etc. • Maintain strong operations, technical, and market knowledge to enable meaningful conversations with existing and prospective partners. • Support the operational aspects of project deliverables. • Support internal departmental quality compliance. • Participate in project and departmental team meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience owning commercial targets and delivering revenue growth through new business acquisition.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understand clients’ business goals, anticipate future needs and identify solutions.
  • Experience with partner program development and management.
  • Flexibility as the organization scales rapidly.
  • Proven capacity to develop relationships with key stakeholders and optimize customer accounts.
  • Foundational understanding of diabetes and comorbid conditions to enable meaningful, subject-matter-expert conversations with prospective clients.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required to engage prospects and attend industry events.
