• Identify, onboard, and grow new broker accounts across Victoria, building a strong and sustainable pipeline • Develop and execute territory and sales strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and maximise portfolio performance • Build and strengthen relationships with brokers and aggregator partners to drive engagement, utilisation, and share of wallet • Promote Plenti’s Personal Loan and Automotive products, ensuring strong brand presence in market • Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing support to brokers to improve product knowledge, conversion, and performance • Monitor broker performance, analyse trends, and implement strategies to optimise volume, quality, and outcomes • Stay across market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and inform strategy • Represent Plenti at industry events and act as a key brand ambassador • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless broker and customer experience • Take full ownership of your territory, operating autonomously while contributing to broader team success
