As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business requirements and engineering execution, ensuring seamless delivery of innovative products. You will lead client relationships, manage technical roadmaps, and drive the development team toward successful outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Managing the product and engineering roadmap to align with client objectives and business goals. - Translating business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team. - Leading high-stakes client relations and acting as the technical point of contact for US-based stakeholders. - Assessing and communicating technical complexity behind Jira tickets to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Overseeing the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through delivery. - Leading discovery phases to define project scope, system architecture, and technical risks. - Running Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and maintaining a high-performance delivery cadence.

• Provide consulting services for Sia/LBG’s clients including, but not limited to: Routinely provide tactical support for day-to-day project activities such as meeting minutes, action tracking/follow-up, decision tracking, etc. • Actively contribute to project management deliverables (reports, dashboards, etc.) and routine updates (schedule, budget, risk), typically preparing initial drafts. • Build and maintain detailed predecessor-driven project schedules (Gantt charts, integrated timelines) utilizing scheduling tools/software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Planisware, Primavera, or equivalent). • Provide clear and timely schedule updates, variance analyses, and risk assessments to project leaders and stakeholders to ensure project schedules remain aligned with project strategy, portfolio priorities, and key decision gates (e.g., regulatory submissions, health authority interactions). • Coordinate across project functional areas and personnel as required to ensure progress of project activities. • Support the building and management of a team representing various functions and sites, including the management of multiple projects and teams across multiple locations. • Demonstrate and foster excellent teamwork, with the ability to navigate within multidisciplinary teams. • Balance project demands to support alignment/realignment of Budget, Quality, Timeline and Scope, as needed. • Support product development meetings, and make sure all Project Leaders, and/or subteam leaders, have all information and support needed to implement the project. • Focus on customer service, with agility and clear communication. • Adhere to Sia/LBG quality standards regarding client deliverables.

• Oversee and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget. • Analyze the data input to create accurate internal and external reporting and forecasting for all stakeholders. • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. • Clarify and develop project scope, detailed work plans, schedules, objectives, estimates coordinates activities of the project team, identifying resources and implementation strategy. • Collaborate across multiple functions to ensure adherence to quality standards and internal processes, review project deliverables, and drive the achievement of required project results. • Provide overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams, often spanning multiple organizations, markets, and external suppliers/vendors. • Direct experience leading new fiber deployment and/or expansion initiatives. • Oversee general contractor deliverables, closely monitor progress, and proactively identify risks to ensure alignment with the market build plan. • Lead project status meetings, prepare project reports, and oversee tracking and analysis, including the management of project interdependencies. • Ensure timely completion of milestones as outlined in the contract and facilitate prompt billing. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Identifies, recommends and takes action to drive the analysis, solutions resolution to all issues/roadblocks in a timely fashion.
