Job Requirements
- Experiência sólida como gestor de projetos técnicos ou Technical Program Manager, com perfil influenciador e orientado a impacto.
- Capacidade comprovada de estruturar processos e frameworks do zero, especialmente em ambientes de engenharia complexos (serviços distribuídos, pipelines, integrações).
- Conhecimento técnico para dialogar com desenvolvedores sobre ferramentas como Databricks, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, observabilidade e APIs RESTful.
- Familiaridade com temas de Cyber Segurança, Riscos, Regulações ou Serviços Financeiros (BACEN, PLD, SCD, Pix, etc.).
- Habilidades de comunicação, influência e priorização, com alta autonomia e pensamento sistêmico.
