• Provide consulting services for Sia/LBG’s clients including, but not limited to: Routinely provide tactical support for day-to-day project activities such as meeting minutes, action tracking/follow-up, decision tracking, etc. • Actively contribute to project management deliverables (reports, dashboards, etc.) and routine updates (schedule, budget, risk), typically preparing initial drafts. • Build and maintain detailed predecessor-driven project schedules (Gantt charts, integrated timelines) utilizing scheduling tools/software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Planisware, Primavera, or equivalent). • Provide clear and timely schedule updates, variance analyses, and risk assessments to project leaders and stakeholders to ensure project schedules remain aligned with project strategy, portfolio priorities, and key decision gates (e.g., regulatory submissions, health authority interactions). • Coordinate across project functional areas and personnel as required to ensure progress of project activities. • Support the building and management of a team representing various functions and sites, including the management of multiple projects and teams across multiple locations. • Demonstrate and foster excellent teamwork, with the ability to navigate within multidisciplinary teams. • Balance project demands to support alignment/realignment of Budget, Quality, Timeline and Scope, as needed. • Support product development meetings, and make sure all Project Leaders, and/or subteam leaders, have all information and support needed to implement the project. • Focus on customer service, with agility and clear communication. • Adhere to Sia/LBG quality standards regarding client deliverables.

• Oversee and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget. • Analyze the data input to create accurate internal and external reporting and forecasting for all stakeholders. • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. • Clarify and develop project scope, detailed work plans, schedules, objectives, estimates coordinates activities of the project team, identifying resources and implementation strategy. • Collaborate across multiple functions to ensure adherence to quality standards and internal processes, review project deliverables, and drive the achievement of required project results. • Provide overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams, often spanning multiple organizations, markets, and external suppliers/vendors. • Direct experience leading new fiber deployment and/or expansion initiatives. • Oversee general contractor deliverables, closely monitor progress, and proactively identify risks to ensure alignment with the market build plan. • Lead project status meetings, prepare project reports, and oversee tracking and analysis, including the management of project interdependencies. • Ensure timely completion of milestones as outlined in the contract and facilitate prompt billing. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Identifies, recommends and takes action to drive the analysis, solutions resolution to all issues/roadblocks in a timely fashion.

• Lead the execution and delivery of IT projects across multiple departments in alignment with client PMO standards. • Develop and maintain project artifacts, including charters, SOWs, schedules, communication plans, and status reports. • Organize and facilitate regular project meetings; track milestones, issues, and resolutions. • Liaise with IT functional leads, business executives, vendors, and end users to drive project goals. • Prepare high-quality documentation and executive-level presentations. • Collaborate with QA and testing teams to support regression testing, UATs, and debugging efforts. • Manage change control, risk mitigation, and performance tracking throughout the project lifecycle. • Support process improvement initiatives within the PMO to improve methodology and efficiency. • Provide cross-training and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders.
