Technical Product Operations Specialist (Project Coordinator IV) itD is seeking a Technical Product Operations Specialist to drive data-informed product operations and support critical initiatives across large-scale platforms. This role will contribute to improving product quality, user safety, and operational efficiency by leveraging data analysis, automation, and AI-assisted workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in technical product operations, data analysis, and program execution, with a proven track record of delivering scalable analytical solutions and driving cross-functional impact. Location: Remote (U.S.) – candidates may be required to work onsite if offices reopen. Responsibilities - Lead execution of product operations programs, supporting multiple platforms and driving improvements in product quality, growth, and engagement - Write and optimize advanced SQL queries (CTEs, joins, window functions) to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support real-time decision-making - Leverage AI tools and agents to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, and prototype technical solutions - Identify risks and operational gaps, and develop data-driven mitigation strategies across cross-functional teams - Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and operations stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions - Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes Internal Responsibilities - Attend regular internal practice community meetings - Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership - Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material) - Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice - Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual) - Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities Required Qualifications and Skills - 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or technical product operations/program management - Advanced SQL proficiency (CTEs, joins, window functions, aggregations, data transformations) - Experience with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows for automation and analysis - Strong program management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams - Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation - Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, automation) - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications and Skills - Experience with development environments (e.g., VS Code) - Familiarity with low-code/no-code or AI-assisted development (“vibe coding”) - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar) - Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure - Experience working with engineering teams on technical requirements - Background in QA, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows - Experience designing and implementing testing strategies (manual or automated) Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required Company Description About itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results. The candidate should be technically competent on test equipment such as: AC/DC amp probe, digital voltmeter, phase rotation meters, battery conductance tester, battery load tester and micro-ohm meter. This position will require a minimum of 75% travel. The position will require national and/or international travel. Position is performed remotely; however, may require travel/driving to client locations for training, meetings and other in-person events. RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform design reviews of systems. - Develop, oversee and write startup and commissioning policies and procedures. - QA/QC of the equipment installation. - Perform construction observations and develop functional test plans. - Execute tests for a wide variety of electrical and mechanical systems and to ensure testing is performed in conformance with standards and procedures. - Assist in training of plant operations and maintenance personnel. - Act as liaison with vendors and subcontractors regarding problem resolution and perform testing as required. - Review and analyze data and prepare technical reports. - Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors and other project team members. - Work with others to manage small to mid-size projects to meet client expectations for technical excellence, budget and schedule. *Other duties as assigned.
