Für die Unterstützung unseres Vertriebs suchen wir einen freiberuflichen Setter (m/w/d), der eigenständig Leads qualifiziert, Gespräche vorbereitet und den Grundstein für erfolgreiche Kundenbeziehungen legt. Dabei arbeitest du projektbasiert, remote und eigenverantwortlich, mit klar definierten Zielen und viel Spielraum in der Umsetzung. Aufgaben - Deine Rolle im Projekt: Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsprozesses. - Identifizierung relevanter Potenziale im Erstkontakt. - Entwicklung von Leads und Sicherstellung, dass aus ersten Gesprächen qualifizierte Opportunities entstehen. - Der Fokus liegt dabei auf: - Lead-Qualifizierung - Nurturing - Strukturierte Übergabe Typische Aufgaben im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit - Qualifizierung von Leads im Erstkontakt: Prüfung bereitgestellter Kontakte auf Relevanz und Potenzial. - Durchführung von Erstgesprächen: Strukturierte Gespräche zur Bedarfsermittlung und gezielte Weiterentwicklung von Leads. - Vorbereitung und Übergabe qualifizierter Kontakte: Klare, nachvollziehbare Übergaben zur Unterstützung des Vertriebsprozesses. - Eigenständige Steuerung deiner Pipeline: Organisation von Follow-ups, Wiedervorlagen und Lead-Status. - Einbringung von Marktfeedback: Teilen relevanter Erkenntnisse zur Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsansatzes. Qualifications - Erfahrung im Outbound-Sales – z. B. als SDR, Setter oder im B2B-Vertrieb. - Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und saubere Dokumentation der Aktivitäten in einem CRM-System. - Fähigkeit, Potenziale von Leads zu erkennen und nachzufassen. - Eigenständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise ohne enge Steuerung. - Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Sales und aktiver Beitrag zum Aufbau von Prozessen.
