We’re hiring a part-time SDR to help build a consistent pipeline of qualified Finance opportunities in UAE. This is not a spray-and-pray role. Your job is to start relevant conversations with decision-makers who have real ERP pain and book qualified discovery meetings. You are not closing deals. You are not running demos. You are creating leverage for the sales and consulting te Key Responsibilities • Prospect UAE–based startups, SMEs, and mid-sized companies (up to 1,000 employees) • Target decision-makers: CEOs, CFOs, Finance Heads, Operations Heads, IT Heads • Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling • Qualify prospects based on: • ERP adoption or replacement intent • Finance and operations inefficiencies • Readiness for a structured Finance solution • Clearly articulate value around: • Financial visibility • Cost control • Operational efficiency • Scalable Finance systems • Book qualified discovery meetings (no calendar padding) • Maintain accurate activity and notes in CRM • Collaborate with outbound leadership to refine targeting and messaging
Job Requirements
- This role is not for beginners.
- You should have:
- 1–3+ years of B2B SDR or outbound lead generation experience
- Comfort with cold outreach (calls + written)
- Experience selling or prospecting into:
- Finance, SaaS, IT services, consulting, or enterprise software
- Ability to speak credibly with senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of business pain (finance, ops, reporting)
- High self-discipline and accountability
- Nice to have (not required):
- Experience selling into UAE or GCC
- Exposure to ERP or Microsoft Dynamics
- Arabic language skills

Our platform combines proprietary AI recruitment technology with multilingual sales operations spanning 18+ European and MENA languages. We work with clients like The Secret Society, a London-based premium spirits brand scaling across Europe, and we are building our own internal sales function in parallel. THE ROLE We are hiring a Head of Sales to own two parallel mandates: 1. Client Delivery (Outsourced Sales Teams) You will directly manage the outsourced Sales Executives and Closers deployed to client accounts, starting with The Secret Society (TSS). TSS is launching a pan-European expansion across 18 markets, and your team of multilingual sales executives and SDRs will be the revenue engine behind it. You own onboarding, coaching, quota-setting, pipeline reviews, and performance management for every rep we deploy, ensuring they hit activity and conversion targets from day one. 2. Internal Sales (Division 50 Growth) In parallel, you will build and lead Division 50s own sales team. This means prospecting, pitching, and closing new B2B clients who need outsourced SDR and sales executive services, designing our internal sales playbook, hiring your own team, and scaling D50 revenue. As we grow the client portfolio, every new account you sign also becomes a delivery account you manage, creating a flywheel between sales and operations. This is a player-coach role.
