This is a remote position. For our Swiss client specializing in business consulting and digital transformation within the healthcare sector, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager. If you have a strong background in projects for German statutory health insurance (GKV) and want to make a real impact on healthcare transformation - this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities: - Lead consulting projects for clients in the GKV sector, from strategy to implementation; - Take full responsibility for scope, quality, budget, and efficient resource utilization; - Develop strategies and transformation concepts for organizations, processes, and business models; - Implement solutions in collaboration with clients, including in regulated environments (SGB, GDNG, DigiG); - Analyze client needs and translate them into effective solutions tailored to the healthcare sector; - Build long-term client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at decision-making level; - Support business development activities and expand professional network; - Lead and develop cross-functional project teams (Business Analysts, IT, architects, domain experts). Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting (IT or management) or within the GKV sector; - At least 3 years of experience working on projects related to German statutory health insurance; - Strong understanding of the German GKV system; - Proven experience in leading transformation projects, preferably digital; - Knowledge of healthcare IT solutions (e.g., ePA - electronic patient record); - Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent); - Experience in managing end-to-end projects and taking full ownership; - Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor teams; - Fluency in German and good command of English (both required). Nice to Have: - Experience in digitalization within the healthcare / GKV sector; - Experience in regulated or highly complex stakeholder environments; - Background in organizational and operating model transformation; - Familiarity with TI services (ePA, eRezept, eAU, KIM); - Strong stakeholder management skills at senior level; - Experience in proposal development or building new service offerings.
