- Support employees and managers by providing guidance on performance, engagement, and employee experience matters, escalating complex cases as needed. - Assist the Director of People in HR initiatives, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing people programs across the organisation. - Contribute to the execution of people initiatives such as performance management cycles, engagement activities, and learning & development programs. - Provide support in handling employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting cases, and ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations. - Work closely with People Operations to ensure smooth execution of HR processes across onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities. - Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and helping implement enhancements to HR workflows and employee experience. - Assist in equipping managers and employees with basic people management guidance and best practices to support a positive and high-performance culture.
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in BPO or multinational companies (open to fresh graduates)
- Experience driving employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives
- Proven ability to design, optimize, and implement HR processes, policies, and people programs
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex HR or organizational initiatives
- Experience partnering with teams and leaders across multiple countries, navigating diverse organizational and cultural contexts
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills to partner effectively with employees, managers, and leadership
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
