Find out more here: https://semianalysis.com Position Overview We are seeking a client-focused and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from SemiAnalysis’s research and consulting offerings. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts—gathering feedback, improving the customer experience, coordinating with our research and consulting teams, and ensuring renewals and long-term client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring clients derive meaningful value from complex technical products. Key Responsibilities - Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing client accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships. - Customer Experience: Ensure clients receive maximum value from SemiAnalysis products and services by proactively improving their experience. - Account Growth & Renewals: Manage the renewal process and identify opportunities to expand client engagement across research, models, and consulting offerings. - Client Feedback & Insights: Collect and synthesize client feedback to help improve our products, research coverage, and service delivery. - Internal Coordination: Work closely with research analysts and consulting teams to ensure client needs are understood and addressed. - Churn Reduction: Monitor client engagement and proactively address risks to reduce churn and improve retention. - Sales Process Management: Manage account-related workflows in CRM systems such as HubSpot and maintain accurate records of client interactions. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B relationship management. - Demonstrated passion for technology, particularly semiconductors and AI. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex technical concepts. - Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with hedge funds, asset managers, or financial institutions. - Experience managing enterprise or institutional client accounts. - Familiarity with semiconductor industry trends and AI market dynamics. - Background in account management within research, consulting, or technology organizations. - Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
