What You’ll Work On - Planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and deliverables - Coordinating cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and analysts - Managing budgets, timelines, and quality for multi-sprint engagements - Ensuring agile ceremonies, documentation, and transparent communication - Identifying risks and removing delivery roadblocks What We’re Looking For - Experience managing technical software or AI projects (agency or SaaS preferred) - Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Kanban frameworks - Ability to understand technical discussions and translate them for stakeholders - Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or equivalent - Excellent communication, client-facing, and organizational skills - Passion for continuous learning, adaptability, and cross-functional teamwork - Interest or experience with AI-powered systems is required.
