Role Description NSS has an immediate need for a Corporate Recruiter, who will be responsible for recruiting top talent for various corporate/operations positions while fostering an employee-friendly environment. This role involves managing the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates, with a strong emphasis on maintaining creativity and leveraging networks in the recruiting process. This position is virtual and all candidates must live in the US and be a US Citizen. NOTE: This position pays $37.50/hr and the rate is non-negotiable. - Recruits and staffs top talent nationally for Quality Managers, Regulatory Specialists, Project Control Analysts and Base Operations Managers - Communicates with Operation Supervisors and Program Managers regularly regarding their staffing needs - Focuses on sourcing and proactively recruiting top talent - Monitors ATS and HIRE recommendations and reviews HIRE candidate applications - Supports the full talent acquisition lifecycle performing duties such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, networking, analysis, background reviews, and offers - Screens talent and facilitates virtual and in-person interview processes while providing a positive guest experience - Follows up on interviews in a timely manner and creates and communicates candidate offers - Works with General Managers to set up Realistic Job Previews for potential candidates - Evaluates and understands candidate skills and abilities relative to meet expectations and experience level - Sends communication to all applicants following position selection - Reviews all pre-employment paperwork for accuracy - Communicates with candidates to ensure all orientation and training logistics are reviewed - Updates and submits a weekly recruitment report Qualifications - Must have previous experience hiring Quality Managers, Regulatory Specialists, Project Control Analysts and Base Operations Managers - Must be able to provide at least 3 Professional References - 5+ years of Corporate Recruiting experience - Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
