About Invisors As a professional services firm, our people are our brand: It’s mission-critical that we hire + nurture talent effectively. We pride ourselves on being flexible and innovative, with a passion for client satisfaction, and a relentless pursuit of improvement. Most of our team joined Invisors from Workday Practices of larger global firms looking for an innovative and nimble culture that encourages new ideas and collaboration, free of red tape. We pride ourselves on maintaining a healthy balance of college graduates, experienced enterprise professionals who have used Workday to perform their administrative responsibilities, and Workday-certified consultants who are authentic, empowered, and resilient. More important than your Workday experience, our recruiting priority is to get to know you and ensure a culture fit. About this Role We are looking for a high-energy Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master to act as the "engine room" for our application development team. This isn't just about facilitating ceremonies; we need someone who truly owns the delivery lifecycle. You will be the bridge between product vision and technical execution, ensuring our developers have a clear runway, our stakeholders have realistic timelines, and our software ships on time without sacrificing quality. Duties and Responsibilities: - Own the Schedule: Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated development schedules. You’ll be responsible for tracking milestones and proactively identifying "bottleneck" risks before they become blockers. - Drive Agile Excellence: Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews) with a focus on continuous improvement rather than just "going through the motions." - Capacity & Resource Planning: Manage team velocity and workload. You’ll balance incoming requests with team bandwidth to ensure sustainable high performance. - Backlog Refinement: Work closely with Product Owners to ensure user stories are "Ready" for development—properly scoped, documented, and estimated. - Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical progress into clear, high-level status reports for leadership and non-technical partners. - Process Optimization: Constantly evaluate our SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) to find ways to reduce waste and accelerate delivery. Relevant skills and experience: - Previous experience as a Project Manager overseeing complex, cross functional initiatives - Strong Agile methodology background with hands-on experience implementing Scrum frameworks - Skilled in setting up and leading scrum teams, fostering collaboration and accountability - Recognized leader and team builder able to motivate diverse groups toward shared goals - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery timelines - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels - Experience with databases (Smartsheet) and project management software Must be authorized to work in the U.S without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Invisors will not sponsor applicants for U.S work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any employment-based visa)
