• Manage and optimize demand generation channels to achieve company goals for pipeline growth and opportunity creation. • Identify, evaluate, and manage marketing agencies, vendors, and platforms to scale reach and improve lead quality. • Measure program effectiveness using channel and vendor-specific reports, internal dashboards, and CRM data to drive continuous ROI improvement for both global and regional initiatives. • Identify and test new marketing programs, such as paid search, social, and display experiments, to diversify lead sources. • Collaborate closely with the Web and Campaigns teams to ensure a seamless user journey and consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. • Review and approve promotional content such as webinar abstracts, landing pages, emails, and digital ad copy. • Stay up-to-date with full-funnel digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep the organization ahead of the curve. • Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with B2B marketing in the technology industry; cybersecurity experience is preferred.
- Proven experience managing people, specifically within Email or Webinar/Event functions.
- Significant experience managing multi-channel digital functions and associated vendors.
- Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
- Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
- Expert in end-to-end marketing for digital functions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract meaning from data and apply that meaning to improving program performance.
- Significant experience managing and negotiating with digital vendors and digital platform providers.
