• Lead and grow a Product Systems Engineering team. • Support Deployment team efforts in implementing Oracle Health (Cerner) solutions across IHS facilities. • Support Sustainment team efforts in ensuring IHS facilities are operational and current in technology. • Partner with Infrastructure, Cloud Hosting, and Cybersecurity teams. • Understand and manage technical design of GDIT-managed systems. • Identify systems architecture patterns that align with FedRAMP controls. • Collaborate with cybersecurity to ensure alignment with NIST CSF and agency policies. • Lead efforts to deploy Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations activities. • Implement policies for system-to-system connections management. • Participate in cross-functional teams for new vendor capabilities.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or HS diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant experience). - A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and sourcing operations or 7 years in supply chain functions with integration to sourcing. - This position requires U.S. citizenship status. Preferred Qualifications - Experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry. - Experience in supplier development and managing global supply chains. - Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP). - Experience with NPI programs and working in cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement tools. - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. - Technical Background: Manufacturing, Quality or Operations background in Aerospace or Industrial setting. - Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative. - Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. - Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. - Established project management skills. The base pay range for this position is $100,.000 - $133,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
