Responsibilities & Outcomes - Contributes to internal and external reports, audits, assessments and EHS and well-being programs and campaigns. - Supports Ericsson's EHS leadership by contributing to solving complex issues, developing solutions and information for decision making. - Supports EHS strategy execution, governance, processes, and drives continues improvements. - Follows up target performance, identifies deviations, and proposes corrective actions. - Contributes to competence and development. - Supports EHS legislation monitoring. - Coordinate and participate in EHS governance forums and safety committees, ensuring effective communication, training, engagement, and required documentation. - Drive the effectiveness and maturity of the EHS Management System, ensuring alignment with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and Ericsson global governance. - Proactively identify EHS risks and opportunities. - Lead and support incident investigations, including serious incidents, ensuring high-quality root cause analysis, learning, and sustainable corrective actions. - Support digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives to improve efficiency, consistency, and execution of EHS programs. - Coordinate emergency bridges and ensure compliance with applicable NOMs and Fire Department regulations. - Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required to support EHS business operations Qualifications (Required) - Industrial Engineering or related field, with valid professional license (cédula professional). - Demonstrated ability in interpretation and compliance verification of the following Mexican regulations: - Federal Labor Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo) and its Regulations - Official Mexican Standards (NOMs) issued by STPS, SEMARNAT, and PROFEPA - Federal Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health (Reglamento Federal de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo - RFSST) - General Law of Ecological Balance and Environmental Protection (LGEEPA) and its Regulations - General Law for Prevention and Comprehensive Waste Management (LGPGIR) and its Regulations - General Civil Protection Law and its Regulations - Minimum 3 years of experience within Environmental, Health, Safety, and Well-Being roles.
