The ideal candidate will be an analytical and critical thinker with a demonstrated track record of performing highly detailed/technical work in an agile environment. The primary goal of this position is to serve as a Subject Matter Expert driving operational excellence for our Data Management Platform and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) clients. This includes ensuring seamless execution of integrations, consistent delivery workflows, data quality oversight, and efficient issue resolution across external ad tech platforms. In addition, this role requires the ability to lead and prioritize operational initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide clear, actionable guidance to internal teams (i.e., Product, Sales, Engineering), partners, and clients. A strong focus on issue identification, documentation, scalability, and continuous improvement is essential to maintaining reliable platform performance and a high-quality client experience. - 3-4 years of experience in Advertising Operations, Ad Tech, or Digital Media Operations - Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising workflows, ad serving, measurement, and the AdTech/MarTech ecosystem - Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify root cause and determine path to resolution - Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and external partners - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences - Great teammate-leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust and credibility with partners and stakeholders and inspire effective collaboration across teams - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience We'd love to see: - Impeccable organizational, operational, analytical, presentation, and project management skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with Excel concepts such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, etc. - Familiarity with file servers using Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services or FTPs - Working knowledge of HTML/JavaScript/SQL (or related programming tools) is a plus - Ability to demonstrate strong mathematical and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with market research, attribution methods, big data, modeling approaches, and marketing concepts Impact You’ll Make As a Consultant, Advertising Operations, you will be responsible for executing and supporting advertising and measurement workflows across TransUnion’s platforms. Our team provides Live captions for news broadcasts, live sports, streaming events, corporate meetings, and more. Your job will help ensure that viewers don’t miss a single word. The Live Operations Coordinator for our Support team will work under the general direction of the Live Operations Support Supervisor on the Live Operations team. You’ll be responsible for the coordination, monitoring, troubleshooting, and scheduling of live captioning events. You will provide support to clients and caption writers to ensure our service obligations, goals, and program standard operating procedures are met. You will provide overall assistance as it relates to program coverage, preparation, and transmission of live captioning. General Criteria This role requires strong organizational skills, communication, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Must be comfortable with general technology, Microsoft Windows, and keyboarding. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to respond quickly in a live events production environment. We hire across the United States and Canada, with offices in Minneapolis, MN and Calgary, AB. Candidates local to either office are preferred, though remote arrangements are also welcome. This role works a consistent Friday–Monday schedule with hours centered around 2:00 AM–12:30 PM CT. Hours may vary based on operational needs, so flexibility is desired.
