Senior Performance Marketing Analyst

• Build and maintain a full view of the top-of-funnel acquisition funnel • Analyse performance across Meta, affiliates, SEO, and other channels • Ensure accurate tracking of campaigns (UTMs, gclid/fbclid) • Own and develop attribution models (starting with last-touch, evolving over time) • Work with BigQuery and internal data sources to combine marketing data with customer behaviour and revenue • Collaborate with BI/engineering to ensure clean, scalable data pipelines • Build and maintain dashboards (Tableau / similar) for CPA, ROAS, conversion rates
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing analytics, growth analytics, or marketing data
- Strong experience with paid media data and acquisition funnel analysis
- Strong SQL skills (BigQuery or similar)
- Good understanding of: Attribution modelling GA4, GTM, UTMs, CPA, ROAS, LTV
- Marketing data pipelines (Fivetran or similar is a plus)
