Job Requirements

  • Prior experience working with marketing agencies (preferably in a fast-paced, multi-client environment)
  • Proven track record designing for B2B marketing campaigns and assets
  • Strong UX/UI skills and hands-on experience creating conversion-focused websites and landing pages
  • Experience developing digital ads for LinkedIn, Google Display, and Meta
  • Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows and enhance outcomes
  • Experience creating brand style guides and ensuring visual consistency across channels
  • Ability to connect creative execution with performance analytics and business results
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with designers, developers, marketers, and clients

The Senior Designer reports to the Vice President, Brand & Content and will be responsible for shaping and elevating the institution's visual identity across all touchpoints. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on design execution and creative leadership. While visual design will be the core expertise, this individual will play a key role in content and creative strategy. They will direct freelance designers, collaborate with external agencies, and lead internal design strategy to ensure the institution's creative is compelling, cohesive, and forward-thinking. They should not only be a strong visual storyteller but also a brand advocate who understands how design influences perception, engagement, and experience in higher education.
