Unstructured Technologies
• Lead complex, multi-month customer integration projects from kickoff through go-live. • Build and maintain detailed program plans with milestones, dependencies, owners, and risk registers. • Run regular cadences (standups, steering committees, status reviews) with both internal teams and customer stakeholders. • Drive accountability across engineering, field, product, and customer teams to keep projects on track. • Work closely with Field Engineering and Solutions Architects to scope integration requirements and technical work-streams. • Partner with Core Engineering to align on API readiness, feature dependencies, and release timelines. • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on customer expectations, escalations, and go-live readiness. • Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans proactively.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years in technical program management, solutions delivery, or professional services within an enterprise SaaS or infrastructure environment.
- Proven experience managing complex integration or deployment programs with external enterprise customers.
- Strong ability to coordinate across engineering, product, sales, and customer teams simultaneously.
- Track record of building program structures from scratch in fast-growing companies.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and integration architectures.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical complexity into clear status updates for executives and stakeholders.
- A hands-on, builder mindset: comfortable operating without heavy structure and creating clarity where none exists.

itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs that support high-impact legal, compliance, and data governance initiatives. This role is critical in driving alignment across engineering, product, and legal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of scalable solutions that enable efficient handling of electronic data for regulatory and litigation needs.
