Aventiv Technologies – Where your future awaits - YouTube **Associate Referral Reward Eligible** Job Purpose: Responsible for examining and analyzing calls and video visits for state agencies pertaining to internal and external civil, criminal, administrative, regulatory, and/or environmental investigations within a program, correctional facility, or agency-designated region or area. Essential Duties: - Review calls from a correctional agency and meet targeted requirements with the ability to recognize key words, phrases, cryptic messages, slang/gang terms and other hidden messages and disseminate. - Examine and analyze a variety of call recordings and escalate intelligence regarding victims, and persons suspected of violating statutes, policies and/or procedures, or program requirements administered by the assigned agency. - Watch multiple video sessions from a Facility at the same time and ensure all requirements are met for the visit - Decide based on what is seen in the video to take action on the Visit and ensure proper escalation is handled if needed - Examine and analyze a variety of call recordings and respective intelligence regarding improper or unlawful activities including but not limited to - resulting in the diversion of controlled drugs, assault or any other bodily harm (physical or sexual), weapons location, cell phone location, escape, and suicide. - Immediate notification to Investigations Manager and/or Other Guarded Exchange senior staff to include but not limited to eminent danger, child abuse, elderly Abuse, kidnapping, staff involvement with offenders, staff misconduct, and any staff sexual contact. - Listens to or reads through material in one language, ascertains understanding of the meaning and context of that material, and converts it into a second language, making sure to preserve the original meaning. - Proofread translated material for grammar, spelling and punctuation accuracy and return it in the required format. - Performs other related work as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Ability to multitask. - Computer literate, specifically in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. - Functional typing skills - Detail oriented with specific emphasis on listening skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality relating to work performed. - Ability to work in a secured team environment. - Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors. Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Business Administration, or related discipline - Ability to communicate effectively in second language. Role Summary The Senior Problem Analyst is a core member of the Retirement Solutions team (EQRS). Your focus will be to provide first-class, professional and responsive first, second and third-line support to clients using the EQ Administrator pension administration systems. We provide the product, technical and business knowledge to support our clients’ BAU, managing incidents and change and day-to-day service delivery. Core Duties/Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: - Record, investigate, analyse, triage and allocate (if required) incidents and service requests to the appropriate teams, and liaise with those teams where necessary. - Provide guidance to clients on checks (data gathering), tests and documentation to help progress the analysis and resolution of incidents. - Lead the delivery of software fixes, from initial analysis and investigation through to implementation of a resolution, client handover/training and post-delivery support where required. - Deliver value to clients by providing software-based fixes or workarounds. This may include building non-core script-based solutions or advising use of core configurable functionality. - Manage and progress critical incidents, engaging with client, product, development and/or infrastructure teams as required.
